Dato' Mohd Khay Ibrahim's business acumen in commerce and trading goes back to his childhood days — a desire shared from the beginning with his brother, Dato' Iszhar Ibrahim.
Today they lead ZIKAY Group of Companies together as Group Managing Director and Group Executive Director: a Bumiputra entity with a diversified economic and business structure, based in the heart land of Kuala Lumpur.

Dato' Mohd Khay Ibrahim's strong business acumen in both commerce and trading goes back to his childhood days — a desire he has shared throughout with his brother, Dato' Iszhar Ibrahim.
Giving back to society has always been a constant practice. His contribution to charity organisations and events is channelled largely through Yayasan Zikay, and he sits on the board of several public and private bodies.
We were both, together; a humble set up. Opportunities were limited; we had to create them. We were told that our presence would mean little to society. There are those too that feared too much if we succeeded. Things at the beginning stage were not easy for us, as nothing is easy. We cast all aside and we went on and on. We persevered, we were persistent and we just moved on. We are proud to be where we are now, our labor of love, our passion. I could not have done it alone without the firm support of my brother, Iszhar and Zikay Family.
Group Managing Director
Dato' Iszhar Ibrahim
Dato' Iszhar Ibrahim attained his bachelor's in Economic Planning from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His entry into business, construction and property came through FIMCO Management, where he was responsible for harnessing both the construction and development sectors of the company.
He concurs well with the Group Managing Director's expertise in matters pertaining to finance, and takes a personal interest in both operations and business development. He also serves as a board member of Koperasi Serbaguna Anak-Anak Selangor Berhad (KOSAS).
In his current capacity, his role runs concurrently with the group's belief in providing affordable, value-added living conditions for everyone to enjoy — creating innovative projects for clients while protecting the environment for the community and future generations.
We did come a long way as how my brother has put it simply. Nevertheless, it was a joint effort by many. We came together at the earlier stage and we succeeded in keeping our team together, our people; our greatest asset! We believe in nurturing the strength of each individual staff that we have. Each is committed and dedicated to their work. Team work is everything. ZIKAY Group is now a culmination of concerted effort by many staff who have been with us during our earlier years. None of this is possible without them!
